The VG Flat Line is designed for narrow cavity spacing (starting at 11 mm or 5.8 mm on request) and supports shot weights from 0.02 to 500 g. With nozzle lengths from 50 to 250 mm and melt channel diameters of 4/5 mm, it is ideal for strip overmolding and reel-to-reel manufacturing. Suitable for all plastics, it offers a compact design, customer-replaceable heaters and sensors, and minimal space requirements.
