SITC-15

Temperature-Controller MCS Control 2
Temperature-Controller MCS Control 2, Type 03.60.
MCS Control-2 is the optional comfortable touch screen operation panel for all hot-runner controllers of the series MCS. The base of the monitor is a high-performance computer with a stable operation system. The screen opens a simple and clear menu prompt. This enables a optimised operation of max. 270 temperature control zones via 15″ touch screen monitor.

CLS Locking System
The Compact Locking System (CLS) controls the locking of the parting levels from within the mould tool.
Hydraulic cylinders activate the locking of each individual parting level. For injection moulding machines up to 250 t the CLS-systems can be driven also pneumatically. The modified software in the injection moulding machine is controlled by proximity switches. The use of the different CLS-versions depend on the machine size.
